Research
Our LEEM/PEEM instrument enables us to do exciting scientific research in various areas of materials research on nanoscale. Specifically, we target four areas:
1. The growth and morphological evolution of polycrystalline foils and thin films
2. Structural and electronic evolution of complex oxides
3. The formation, evolution, structure and electronic nature of self-assembled monolayers
4. Development of improved sample cooling and electron detection technologies.
